- Comfortable reviewing someone's work honestly, the way you would for a junior on your team.
- Able to give two to four hours a week, including one live 1:1 per mentee.
- Based anywhere in Canada or remote, fluent in English.

Review what they ship the way a lead would. Your feedback is what turns the work into experience they can defend in an interview.

Mock interviews, profile feedback, and a referral if you have one to give. Then they are hired, and you start with the next one.
